Application Support Engineer

* An Application Support Engineer will ensure NET for Support Project, weekend Production and Support work

* C#,ASP.Net & MVC.

* Good Knowledge of SQL Server

* Experience in PowerShell

* Possessing knowledge of operating systems, Networks, devices, applications and software installations

* Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required

* Experience in server(Cloud and OnPrem) monitoring

* Assisting with systems integrations

* Assisting in software deployments

* Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date

* Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures

* Identifying and resolving technical issues

* Managing coordination at a local and international level where required

* Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems

* Developing reports for teams across the business

* Good Communication and coordination skills

* Willing to work on weekend and night shifts

* Location: Bangalore
